THE PREMISE:
A device full of two thousand samples dug from libraries dating back to 1995 randomly hurls sonic absurdities and musical remnants toward our protagonist at an unpredictable pace, leaving him to process them on the fly using a myriad of audio equipment laid out on a table. The chaos is nerve wracking; the suspense unbearable. HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS COMING NEXT. The ego dies as this “performance” becomes less about skill and more about circumstance and coincidence. “Fate”, as the believers say. The improvised proceedings have been recorded over a span of 2 months, after which the best 16 cuts have been curated into this short collection of delectable delights. Our protagonist sends his exhausted regards, and hopes that you enjoy these tracks, as he is only trying to do...
